Overview

To celebrate a decade of unforgettable moments, we invite renters and passengers to share their 10 Years of Cheers memories, photos, and videos for a chance to win a $400 gift certificate!

Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Open to renters and passengers who have previously rented or been on a party bus with us.
• Purchase is not necessary.

Contest Details

1. Submission Period

• Entries will be accepted from April 1st to May 31st.

2. How to Enter

• Submit your 10 Years of Cheers memory, along with any associated photos or videos, via our website at https://epartybuses.com/10-years-of-cheers or by email to thecrew@epartybuses.com.
• Each memory entry must be at least 60 words long or have a minimum of 280 characters. Memories cannot exceed 4000 characters.

3. Selection of Winners

• All submissions will be entered into a random drawing.
• Four winners will be selected to receive a $400 gift certificate toward a party bus rental.

4. Announcement of Winners

• Winners will be announced on June 8th via our website and social media platforms.
• Winners will be emailed their digital gift certificate.

5. Conditions

• By submitting an entry, participants grant us permission to use at our discretion, their memories, photos, and videos for promotional purposes. ( E.g. on our website, social media platforms, buses, etc.)
• Photo and video submissions are optional and are not necessary to entry.
• Participants will only be identified by their first name and last initial. The rental month, year, and occasion will also be associated with that participant.
• Participants’ contact information will never be shared and will only be used for internal purposes and to contact the winners. Please review our Privacy Policy on how we handle your information.
• Participants are allowed to submit up to four (4) unique entries (e.g. memories or stories). Additional entries will be disqualified.
• If photos and videos are submitted, your name is entered twice (2x) into the drawing. (e.g. submitting four (4) entries, with each entry having photos and videos, your name will be entered into the drawing eight (8) times, instead of just four (4).)
• Participants may only win one $400 gift certificate. If they are selected as a winner, their other entries will not be eligible for the remaining drawings.
• Use of vulgar or offensive language or explicitly lewd situations (e.g. sexual acts, etc.) will be disqualified.

6. Prize Details

• The $400 gift certificate is valid for a party bus rental only and must be used within one year of winning, from June 8th, 2025 to June 8th, 2026.
• The gift certificate may be used on a current reservation with a remaining balance. If the gift certificate amount is larger than the reservation’s remaining balance, the remainder of the gift certificate will stay on the renter’s account to be used for a future rental.
• The gift certificate can be used for a new reservation and will be applied after the reservation and deposit have been processed.
• The gift certificate cannot be used for gratuity to the driver or cover any fines, fees, or damages that may occur during the rental.
