No wedding is complete without their loved ones. Let the celebrations start early and in style, shuttling your friends and family to your magical day, with our limo party bus fleet!
Up to 10 hours
With the wedding shuttling package, you may use the bus for up to 10 consecutive hours. Plus, you may add on extra time, if needed!
All Included
This package deal includes the cleaning fee, mileage while on the bus, and chauffeur fee in the price. This means gratuity isn’t necessary but always welcome.1
Round Trip
We can shuttle guests to and from the hotel, the ceremony, and the reception and make as many round trips as needed within the rental time frame.2
Planning Your Shuttling
Amount of Trips
Each bus has a maximum capacity limit. Please use that capacity limit to calculate how many trips you will need to transport all of your guests to your venue. (For example, a 32-passenger bus would need at least 3 trips for 80 guests.)
Shuttle Timing
When using Google or Apple Maps to estimate the time for each one-way trip, at least 15 minutes must be added to accommodate a bus. Also, loading and unloading on average takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes at each stop.

1. The wedding shuttle package does not include mileage fee to & from the pick-up and/or drop-off locations. 2. The renter is responsible for planning the number of shuttle trips and allocating the correct amount of time it takes for each shuttle trip, within the rental time frame.
